Good job for gathering all infromation. I just wanna add that before 2009 parade and as far as I know the commender of armed forces if I am correct said that we build a squadron of saeqeh not we will show them all.
About stealth UCAV, I beleive that we will see sth soon
Indeed they are, actually, the earliest versions of the Mohajer were armed with RPG's
Here's a view of it, you can see the RPG's under the wing: http://img517.imageshack.us/img517/9438/pic12138710297321.jpg
Recently we haven't seen anything like this, so i'd say there is no 'regular' doctrine of arming UAV's.
However i should also point out that the Ababil has "suicide" capability, which is basically just packing it full of explosives and using it as a cruise missile. There was quite some fear that Hezbollah would use this strategy actually.
Recently, Iran announced the testing of a stealth UAV which has bombing capability, while this is still far from production, i'd give some credit to this statement since its more then just a vague pronouncement of a stealth aircraft, rather its very specific. They said they were scale testing a stealth UAV named 'flatfish'.
I found an interesting link showing UAV’s made by Iranian students at the nasr toosi university , i thought you'd might be interested in viewing them :
